Lions and Tigers and
Great Pyrenees, Oh My!

While visiting a veterinarian's office one day, Lori once told a lady in the waiting room that she had baby tigers in the cardboard box she was carrying.  The lady was quite startled, but after Lori permitted her a peek, she smiled with understanding. Pet people are like that.  And if you're reading this far into our site... you already know that.

Lilly and our "tigers" blended from the very beginning. I don't think the cats were pleased to have her as a

family member, but they accepted her and to this day there has never been a cat-dog altercation.  Lilly's natural protective instincts surface from time to time when the cats are playing among themselves.  If one meows excitedly, Lilly will perk up and go to investigate.
